Tutoring & Academic Help
Aprenda offers tutoring in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Organic Chemistry, and all
levels of Math. We also charge less than your local tutors because we do our tutoring over the computer.
Before the designated tutoring time, you will receive an email
from Aprenda with a phone number and a URL. The phone number will connect you to your tutor so that you can engage in a conversation, while the URL
will open up a web conference where you'll be able to see the tutor's screen from your computer as he writes things down during the session.

Q. What's Aprenda all about?
A. Aprenda is a supplement for your studies in Chemistry and Physics. It is probably not enough to serve as your primary resource for learning these subjects, but it is excellent for a quick refresher. Also, the online and offline study materials you can get from this site are excellent!
Q. Can I really access all your content immediately after subscribing?
A. When you join Aprenda.info you will receive a user name and password that will allow you to access the entire site! Your membership will allow you UNLIMITED downloads and views of our content. There are no hidden/extra charges, and you may share what you download with as many friends as you like.
Q. How do I download your content?
A. There are different methods to download, but the one that works the best is the Right Click Method. To download a file, you just have to Right Click on its link and then select "Save target as". You'll be prompted to choose a place where to store the movie on your Hard Drive (remember where you download it of course!), and then the download will start.
Q. How often are you adding new content?
A. Every month we are adding and updating our lessons, and soon we will be adding video tutorials. Each course goes through a major overhaul that includes additional graphics and animations every summer. We are also continually adding new functionality to this website to support you in your pursuit of learning the material.
Q. How do I cancel my account?
A. Please log in to your account and click on the "Cancel My Account" link on the "My Account" page. Fill in the form on the following page and your account will be deleted.
Note: All content that has been included in this site, such as questions and answers, will remain after the account has been closed.
Q. I didn't receive a confirmation email with my account information?
A. If you didn't receive an email with your access information after signing up, you can get another email by filling in your account's username or email address in the "Trouble Logging In" form on this page. The email will then be sent to the email address you have on record.
Q. I don't have access to the email address that my account is registered under? What now?
A. Please submit a request to our support department via the "Send Us a Question" form. Include your full name, username, and a new contact email address. Our support department will contact you with next steps.
Q. I lost my password, how do I retreive it?
A. You can get your username and password sent to you via email by filling in your account's username or email address in the "Trouble Logging In" form on this page. An email will be sent to the email address you have on record with your account information.
